Delivery & access
After a successful external checkout, access instructions should be delivered to the email address used at checkout. Keep that email for your records.
If access does not arrive, first check the spam folder and confirm the checkout completed. Then use the Custom Planning contact form and identify the email used at checkout. Support is limited to delivery and access issues unless a separate planning service is agreed.

Personal licence
Your purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the guide for personal travel. You may keep reasonable offline copies for your own trip.
Do not resell, publish, share publicly, upload to file-sharing services or use the content to create a competing commercial product.

Refunds
Because this is digital content supplied immediately, refund rights may be limited once access begins, subject to applicable law. A refund or replacement will be considered if the guide cannot be delivered or accessed and support cannot resolve the issue.
Changing travel plans, choosing not to travel, or finding that a third-party price or timetable has changed does not by itself mean the digital guide is defective.

Privacy
The Custom Planning form collects the dates, group details, interests, pace and email address you submit. These details are used to answer the request and protect the form from abuse. They are not displayed publicly.
The theme does not place advertising trackers or send sensitive configuration to the browser. Your hosting provider, checkout provider and installed WordPress plugins may process additional technical or purchase information under their own policies.

Terms of use
The guide provides independent travel research and general information. It is not a booking service, tour operator, immigration adviser, medical adviser or emergency service.
Conditions, opening hours, routes, rules, entry requirements and prices can change. Re-check important information with official or current sources and use your own judgment. You remain responsible for bookings, documents, insurance, health decisions and personal safety.

Use the Custom Planning form on the home page for access support or a tailored-trip enquiry. The configured support address is kept on the server and is not exposed by this template.
